Tebex is a huge platform and sometimes things can be overwhelming. Here is a small list of issues which might arise while you are setting up your store

The gift button does not show up

You may have disabled gifting. To enable it go to Payments > Payment Methods > Settings and Enable Allow Gifting

My checkout is not dark themed

You need to enable dark themed checkout. Go to Payments > Payment Methods > Settings and Enable Dark Mode

My products do not show up with their product images

This is most likely because you did not enable it in your package category. Go to Packages > Three dots of your category > Edit. Look at the bottom General > Package Display Formation and set it to Display the packages in a grid with their images included.
